Sweet Oranges with Wildflower Honey and Thyme

I love the sweet and savory flavors of the oranges, honey, and thyme in this recipe.  They also pair nicely with ripened cheese.

Serves 2-4

Ingredients

  • 3 Page mandarins , peeled and pith removed

  • 2 oranges , halved, cut into fourths, peeled and pith removed

  • 2 tablespoons wildflower honey

  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves , finely chopped

  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil

  • Sea salt

Instructions

  • Put the oranges in a medium bowl. Add the honey, thyme, olive oil, and a sprinkle of salt and gently toss to combine.

  • Transfer to a serving platter or individual plates.
